As a startup that was founded by two young and innovative individuals seeking to venture into the construction, housing and real estate sectors. The company plans to use innovations and new technology available to cater the customers who wish to own or build their dream houses. The company also provides complete construction services of commercial, industrial, educational buildings to the clients.
We always keep quality first and truly believe quality is the main aspect which sets us above the rest. Our customer satisfaction and their valuable references plays a great role in our business. The company currently undertakes only small volume of work keeping in mind that quality is above the quantity. Since a nuclear unit, we keep track of all the construction activities by ourselves and have a self-satisfaction in providing a quality work in an ethical manner to our customers.

Mr. C.V. SANESH KUMAR, a post graduate in management is one of the managing partner of the firm and he looks after the company’s progress, management, customer relationship. He has a vast experience in the field of management by previously working under various Multi national companies for a vast period of time. His role is vital for our company in increasing our financial capabilities to meet our goals in serving the customers.
Mr. M. KANNAN, a graduate in the field of civil engineering, who is our company’s another managing partner has a good experience in the field of site execution, quality control, contracts and project management by previously working for Tata group of construction. He plays a key role in project management, site execution and delivering products and services to our customers without compromising on quality.
